Black Bunny Bracelet with Aqua Crystal and Freshwater Pearl Beads
This lovely bracelet feature aqua crystal beads and white freshwater pearls. It also ,of course, has a BUNNY!
The centerpiece of the bracelet is a large lampwork glass bead, handmade, that features as part of the bead an adorable black bunny.
As glass is very difficult to photograph, these images do not do the piece justice! Please note that the gold streaks on the bunny in the photos are due to a reflection and not part of the bead.
This piece is a one-of-a-kind made by Kim Chilson
Kim is, without a doubt, one of the most versatile artists of the Southwest. She has, however, been devoting her time and talents to the ancient art of glass beadmaking, also known as "Flameworking" or "Lampworking." Using rods of colored glass melted over a special torch, the artist creates beautiful beads...colored glass paintings in miniature. One of Kim's specialties is, oF course, BUNNIES!
