Constantine...aww my little firecracker! The tiny little pissant that put terror into my heart when I first got him, but has won my heart love and devotion now that we've gotten to know one another! He's my first Grrrr bunny and weighing in at 3lb, I could not believe such a tiny little guy could scare the snot of me, but he did! LOL He would lunge and growl and bite when he felt the need. But I soon realized he was doing this out of fear that the big human would stomp on him. Now I have to do my best to walk over him becos he will not move and yet he trusts that his mommy will not hurt him! He's brought so much joy and happiness to my life and I've never laughed so hard as I do when little Jack (hubby nickname for him short for Jack the Ripper becos of his bite) does his adorable little Dutchy happy dance! You know..where they shake their heads and wiggle their butts all the time skipping along for the shear joy of living! He's one of the smartest rabbits I've ever met, knowing key words like 'trust me' and 'your ok' and of course.."NO".

Hannah is everything opposite of Constantine! She is beautifully shy and sensitive and reacts to everything around her! Once she gets to know you, she can be a very silly girl, in a sweet little girl way! Hannah was a 'gift' in more than one way! I had traveled to East Valley in Mesa, AZ to pick up Marri & Constantine and had intended that they be bonded mates. I didn't even realize Hannah was available for adoption! When we got there, we were told of her story about how she was rescued the same time as Constantine and Belle and how she was a near perfect show Dutch and how the breeder intended to crack her skull of she wasn't sold. The rescue people said that if we would just take her and give her a good home...they would waive the adoption fee! Well that was enough for us to say "OK" and they even gave us a small carrier for the ride home. ;-) So..after 8hrs and over 400 miles, we introduced Hannah to Marri and Constantine, who had ridden in the same carrier (for bonding purposes) and as soon as beautiful Miss Hannah came out of her carrier, it was "love" at first meeting and her and Constantine have been together since that very day! No dates, necessary..it was meant to be! They are a perfect match for eachother and add another dimension of shear joy to my life!
